Customer Opt In Window

The Customer Opt In window is used to resubscribe a customer to receive campaign communications.

To access the Customer Opt In window, click the (Customer Opt In) icon on the Lead Sheet panel.

To resubscribe the customer to receive campaign communications, enter the reason for resubscribing in the Reason field. Then click the OPT IN button. The Customer Opt In window closes, and the customer is resubscribed.

In addition, the following information displays in the Recent Contact section of the Lead Sheet panel:

  • (Customer Opt In) icon

  • Date the customer was resubscribed

  • Entry in the Reason field on the Customer Opt In window

  • User ID of the employee who resubscribed the customer
